- Take Highway 101 South over the Golden Gate Bridge (must pay toll)
- Exit Lombard St.
- Lombard St. to Van Ness Ave.
- Right on Van Ness Ave.
- Left on Bush St.
- Right on Montgomery St.
- Montgomery St. will cross Market St. and become New Montgomery St.
- The Palace is on the right side at #2 New Montgomery St.
From East Interstate 80, Bay Bridge
- Take I-80 West over the Bay Bridge (must pay toll)
- Exit Fremont St., first exit on the right side
- Left on Howard St., first intersection on Fremont St.
- Right on Third St.
- Right on Market St.
- Right on New Montgomery St.
- The Palace is on the right side at #2 New Montgomery St.
From South Highway 101 & San Francisco International Airport
- Take Highway 101 North towards I-80/Bay Bridge
- Exit Fourth St. off I-80 (last S.F. exit)
- Exit will bring you to Bryant St., stay two left lanes
- Take Bryant St. one block to Third St.
- Left on Third St.
- Right on Market St.
- Right on New Montgomery St.
- The Palace is on the right side at #2 New Montgomery St.
From South Highway 280 San Jose
- Take Highway 280 North to the end, which is King St.
- Follow King St. to Third St.
- Left on Third St.
- Right on Market St.
- Right on New Montgomery St.
- The Palace is on the right side at #2 New Montgomery St.
By Public Transportation
Bart
Take BART to the Montgomery Street Station; Exit the station where the sign says Market/New Montgomery Street. The escalator ride up to the street level is longer than the distance to the Palace doors. The TransBay Terminal is within two blocks.
CalTrain
The CalTrain station is 7 blocks south east of the hotel. Take 4th Street to Market Street, and then walk north on Market to Montgomery Street. Turn right on Montgomery and the Palace is on the right side. Map
Amtrack
The Ferry Building, and the new Amtrak Station housed within it, is within 7 blocks. Cross the Embarcadero toward the Hyatt Regency, which is on Market Street. Once on Market Street, take any Trolley car or bus heading up Market Street. Get off at Montgomery. Golden Gate Transit stops are within a few blocks; SF MUNI bus lines are within a few feet of the front door.
By Air
There are three major airports in the area:

- Oakland International (20 miles)
- San Jose International (46 miles)
Public transportation from the airport to Downtown San Francisco is available from these airports.
Conference Parking
Parking costs are not included in the Conference registration and are the attendee's responsibility. The most economical parking is at the 5th & Mission Garage or the garage on 3rd at Market.
The Palace Hotel offers valet parking at $45 a day and has limited availability.
