Welcome to online registration. To register successfully, the following items are required:
| 1. | FPA Number Required to access and obtain member pricing. Contact your FPA Chapter or FPA National to obtain your number. |
| 2. | CFP® Number Required to create CFP® credentials to earn CFP® credit. Omitting the number - or entering an incorrect number - will create onsite delays. |
| 3. | Credit card billing address & mailing address These can be the same or different. The mailing address will be used to ship the conference CD. |

* An incomplete registration now cannot be completed later.
* Missing or incorrect information can cause the attendee onsite registration delays and/or the loss of CFP® credit. Entering information in error, or omitting information entirely, is the responsibility of the person completing the registration.
